I am a qualified Health & Nutrition Coach and passionate home cook. I aim to promote healthy eating habits, and I am particularly enthusiastic about gut health, reducing sugar intake and incorporating whole foods into my recipes.
Having lived in Australia for several years, I have been heavily influenced by their vibrant food scene. However, my heart lies with supporting Irish businesses and sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. I firmly believe in the power of cooking wholesome unprocessed foods to nourish both the body and the soul.
